RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly offer free exchange and full refunds on all our products. If your unhappy with your JBC Lingerie purchase, simply return within 100 days of delivery and we will happily provide a refund or exchange for free. Your product must be in the condition you received them.
- Intact, with tags attached
- Preferably inside its original wrapping to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.
- We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.
- Any refunds required will be processed via your original payment method.
What you need to do
- Simply email us at email@example.com with your intent to exchange or refund your order.
- Attended your local Post office and address the parcel to JBC Lingerie, Unit 2/215 Nicholson st, Brunswick East, VIC 3057. For security and piece of mind we suggest registered post for international returns as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return orders.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Registered Post at a flat rate of $10 AUS. Once your order has been hand sewn and gift wrapped you will receive an email letting you know its on its way. Orders are dispatched 7-10 working days after the order has been placed. Delivery time is between 1 – 4 working days.
All packages are sent via Australia Registered Post International at a flat of $20 AUS. Once your order has been hand sewn and gift wrapped you will receive an email letting you know its on its way. Orders are dispatched 7-10 working days after the order has been placed. Delivery time is between 4 -10 working days depending on where the package is being sent to and your custom clearance times.
Please check with your local customs office if any relevant custom duties, or fees may be imposed. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay and is not included in your postage fee.
All packages are sent during normal working days. If your order was made on a weekend or public holiday it will be processed the following working day.
MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED?
If your order does not arrive within this time frame please visit the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au and enter the Tracking Number we sent you in ‘Tack your item’ field. If this does not resolve the issue please email us at jbclingerie@gmail and we will help you locate it.
All personal information collected by JBC is used solely for the purpose of processing the payment for the items you ordered. JBC uses PAY PALL to process all transactions, we do not hold your personal information. Credit card details will not be shared with third parties. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
DESCRIPTION AND ORDER CANCELLATION
JBC makes all effort to display its items as accurately as possible. Unfortunately typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product availability, pricing or description may slip by unnoticed. We greatly apologise if this may happen. If an order is placed for an out of stock item we will notify you via email. A full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost will be made.
