We offer a full store credit or exchange on all orders.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days of delivery, and we will provide a full store credit or if you’re wanting to exchange it we will cover the cost of delivering your new item.
The garment must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unsoiled, preferably inside its original packaging. We will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, all purchases are final.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Send us a message with your intent to exchange or return your order.
2. Attended your local Post office and send your order back to JBC Lingerie, 3 Short St, New Brighton, NSW 2483. For security and peace of mind we suggest registered post as we are not liable for lost return orders.
Once we receive the order we will notify you via email.
